JOURNEY offers specialist trichology services for patients experiencing hair loss, thinning, shedding, slow growth, and scalp conditions. Our in-house trichologist provides comprehensive 60-minute consultations that include a full scalp and hair analysis, review of your medical and lifestyle history, identification of underlying causes, and a personalised advice and treatment plan.
Following your consultation, treatments may include PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for the scalp, regenerative microneedling, and tailored skincare for scalp health. We also offer The Healthy Scalp Journey — a structured course within our Skin Journeys programme — for patients who want a comprehensive, multi-session approach.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL TREATMENTS
Please book a consultation if you are a NEW patient to our practitioners. Your deposit is redeemable against treatment within 3 months of the consultation appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires you to inform us 3 business days before your appointment. For example if your appointment is on Monday we require notice by Tuesday prior end of day.
