JOURNEY offers specialist trichology services for patients experiencing hair loss, thinning, shedding, slow growth, and scalp conditions. Our in-house trichologist provides comprehensive 60-minute consultations that include a full scalp and hair analysis, review of your medical and lifestyle history, identification of underlying causes, and a personalised advice and treatment plan.
Following your consultation, treatments may include PRP (platelet-rich plasma) therapy for the scalp, regenerative microneedling, and tailored skincare for scalp health. We also offer The Healthy Scalp Journey - a structured course within our Skin Journeys programme - for patients who want a comprehensive, multi-session approach.

Your trichologist will conduct a thorough scalp and hair analysis, review your medical history, discuss lifestyle factors (nutrition, stress, hormonal changes), and create a personalised treatment and care plan.

Our trichologist can assess and advise on a wide range of hair loss conditions. In some cases, a referral to a dermatologist or other specialist may be recommended.

Hair growth is a slow process. Most patients begin to see improvement within 3–6 months of consistent treatment, though this varies depending on the condition and its underlying cause.

Please do not wash your hair on the day of your appointment. The day before is ideal.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL TREATMENTS
Please book a consultation if you are a NEW patient to our practitioners. Your deposit is redeemable against treatment within 3 months of the consultation appointment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires you to inform us 3 business days before your appointment. For example if your appointment is on Monday we require notice by Tuesday prior end of day.
