A Skin Journey at JOURNEY is more than a series of facials — it is a structured, goal-oriented treatment programme designed around your specific skin concern. Each Skin Journey includes an in-depth consultation, a skin analysis using the Observ 520x, a tailored treatment plan, 6 treatment sessions, and a post-treatment skin analysis.

We offer 11 distinct Skin Journeys, each targeting a specific concern. Your skin therapist will recommend the Journey that best matches your needs. All sessions must be completed within 9 months. A 10% discount on recommended skincare products applies throughout your Journey.

DEPOSIT REQUIRED FOR ALL TREATMENTS

Please book a consultation if you are a NEW patient to our practitioners. Your deposit is redeemable against treatment within 3 months of the consultation appointment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Our cancellation and rescheduling policy requires you to inform us 3 business days before your appointment. For example if your appointment is on Monday we require notice by Tuesday prior end of day.
