Polynucleotides

Next-generation skin regeneration. Polynucleotide injections stimulate cellular repair and renewal, improving skin quality at the deepest level.

Treatment Overview

Polynucleotides are bio-stimulating injectables derived from purified DNA fragments. When injected into the skin, they stimulate fibroblast activity, promoting the production of collagen and elastin while improving tissue hydration and repair. This results in firmer, more resilient, and healthier-looking skin.

Polynucleotides are particularly effective in areas where the skin is thin or has been damaged — including the under-eye area, neck, and areas of scarring. At JOURNEY, polynucleotide treatment is often recommended as part of a combined treatment plan alongside Profhilo, skin boosters, or microneedling.
